• Information you choose to share. When you subscribe through an enabled signup form, we collect your email address and any optional name or content preferences you provide. If you contact us, we receive your email address, message, and any information you include.
• Subscription records. When email signup is enabled, we and our email provider may keep consent records, signup source, date and time, subscription status, and unsubscribe requests.
• Technical information. Our hosting provider may process your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, and access times to deliver and secure the website.

Please do not send account numbers, Social Security numbers, medical information, or detailed personal financial information through website signup forms or general email.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the website, respond to inquiries, manage subscriptions, send the updates or resources you request, understand engagement with our communications, and meet applicable legal obligations. Subscribing is optional. Viewing this policy or visiting the website does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Email subscriptions and Klaviyo

We use Klaviyo to manage our email subscriber list and send communications when our signup and email services are activated. Klaviyo processes subscriber information on our behalf. Emails may contain tracking technologies that report opens, link clicks, and delivery activity; privacy features in your email application can affect these reports. We use this information to understand which content is helpful and improve future messages.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email, or contact info@blushandbenjamins.com. We may retain a limited suppression record to honor your choice and avoid sending future marketing emails. See Klaviyo’s privacy notice for information about its practices.

Email signup: Our email signup form is provided by Klaviyo. SMS signup, where offered, is separate and optional; joining the email list alone does not enroll you in texts.

Optional text messages

If you separately opt in when SMS signup is enabled, we collect your mobile number, consent records, and messaging activity to operate our text messaging program through Klaviyo. Mobile numbers, SMS consent, and opt-in records are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their independent marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information to support the program. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. See our Mobile Terms of Service for details. Email signup alone does not enroll you in text messages.

Cookies, fonts, and external content

The website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which can receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details when your browser requests those files. Our hosting provider may use technologies needed for site delivery and security.

The website uses Klaviyo’s onsite JavaScript to display signup forms. This technology may use cookies and similar tools to process page visits, browser and device details, identifiers, signup interactions, and browsing activity, and may associate activity with an identified subscriber. We use it to operate signup forms and understand engagement. Our website links to YouTube rather than embedding videos. No separate advertising pixel is installed. If we add embedded videos, analytics, or other tracking tools, we will update this policy and provide any choices or consent controls required for those tools. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; blocking them may affect some website features.

When information is shared

We share information with service providers as needed to operate the website and communications, including Netlify for hosting, Klaviyo for email services, and our email provider for correspondence. We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect rights and security. If the business is transferred or reorganized, information may be transferred subject to applicable law and appropriate privacy protections.

We do not sell subscriber lists or provide subscriber information to third parties for their independent marketing. Signing up for our emails does not authorize others to contact you with financial-service offers.

Our website links to services such as YouTube. When you follow an external link, that provider’s privacy policy applies to its collection and use of information. This policy covers Blush & Benjamins website and email activities, not the separate privacy practices of those providers or any financial-service provider.
