Meet the woman behind the lounge.

I love a beautiful makeup look. Do I wear one every day? Definitely not. Some days I have time to blend my eyeshadow. Other days, I’m just trying to get everybody out of the house with what they need.

I’m a wife, a mom of five, a registered nurse, and a licensed financial professional. My Christian faith is woven into how I live, care for people, and make decisions.

And like you, I have different parts of my life happening at the same time.

I can be excited about a new lipstick and still be thinking about the grocery bill, something one of the children needs, or a goal my husband and I are working toward.

That’s where Blush & Benjamins comes in.

I wanted a place where we could enjoy beauty and talk about the things that come up once we get comfortable.

Like wanting to go out with your friends, then realizing how much the evening will cost. Buying for everyone else and hesitating when it’s your turn. Or looking at a financial goal and wondering, “Okay, but how do I get there from where I am?”

We can talk about those things here.

My work in nursing and financial services has taught me to listen, make room for questions, and explain things in a way people can use. That’s what I want to bring to these conversations.

We’ll try a look, talk through a number, share a little perspective, and take it from there.
